How big is the Open and Enclosed Photo Booth?
Our enclosed photo booth is approximately 4 ½’W x 8’L.  However, with the props table and full setup we would like at least 10'x10' area to have plenty of room displaying the props and allow room for people to move around.

We also offer an “Open” photo booth for larger group photos and easier flow of busy foot traffic. We usually need about the same space for setup as the enclosed photo booth.

What requirements do we need for the photo booth at our event?

(1) Approval from vendor/company for Photo Booth rental and setup/breakdown.
(2) A minimum 10’ x 10’ FLAT and LEVEL
area for our photo booth.
(3) 110/120V, 3 prong standard US electrical outlet within 25 feet of our designated area.
(4) If contracted, Internet/Wi-Fi passwords. (Photo Email and/or text message service)
(5) ALL OUTDOOR EVENTS: Please note that outdoor set-ups are subject to weather conditions such as direct hot sun, rain, snow, ice, wind, etc. It is highly advised to have a backup indoor location or a protected and water-proof covered spot available for set up to avoid any complications during your event.

When should I book the photo booth?

As soon as you have a date picked out for your event! Our photo booths do book fast! Especially during the summer and winter months when events are very popular.

How many people can fit in the photo booth at one time?

The actual recommendation is 1-5 people, but if you can figure out a way to fit more people in the shot, we encourage you try and fit. We have seen 8-10 people squeeze into our enclosed photo booth with no props. Our open photo booth can easily accommodate larger group shots.

What is the quality of the prints?

Exceptionally high quality photos that are immediately sealed and ready to touch that will last a lifetime since we use lab quality dye sublimation printers. Don't be fooled by other companies that use Inkjet printers, they can smudge on your clothes, look grainy, and take up to a minute to print.


Does your photo booth send digital emailed photos and or text photos?

Yes! We do not charge for this service like most other companies. Our photo booth kiosk is a mobile hot spot as long as we have good strong cell service at your venue. If we do not have a good strong cell signal we will need Wi-Fi access or a wired connection to the venues internet so you and your guests will receive an email or text message of their photos.

Will you set up anywhere?

Yes, as long as the vendor and the space requirements are met we will be glad to setup anywhere! Even upstairs, through very narrow doors and even places without an elevator!

*Just keep in mind that we need to be protected from the weather, a flat surface for setup and an electrical outlet within 25 feet.

Does the Photo Booth need to be under weather protection?

Will a photo booth attendant be present at my event?
Yes, a photo booth attendant will be present during your event to make sure the booth and your guests are having a great time. We will even dress up in a suit if your event is formal. *We currently do NOT offer photo booth rental drop-off and pick-up service. This may be something we will be offering in the future at a later time.

Do you have props?

We have many different kinds and fun props! Our props are a crowd favorite and come sanitized at every event. If you have a special theme, please be sure to let us know and we will try are best to have props to match. You are also more than welcome to provide your own or additional props.

Can my booth be set up outside?

What size photos will I receive?

We provide 4×6 Postcard prints or 2×6 cut photo strips per session. These include personalized templates. However, we will make sure ALL guests within the photo session receives a print.

Walk-In "Enclosed" photo booth vs. “Open" photo booth?

We encourage the option of having an enclosed photo booth because it lets you and your guests have some privacy behind the curtains allowing your guests to get creative.

However, we also have the option to have an “Open" photo booth where there is no privacy but allows for larger group photos and easier flow of busy foot traffic. This option is usually better for large events and parties like weddings.

Is there a cost for booth delivery, setup, and take down?
Delivery, setup and breakdown are included with all packages within the Lake Tahoe Region including Reno, Carson City, Gardnerville, South Lake Tahoe and Truckee, CA.

Also, in very rare situations, if the booth has to be moved during an event there will be an additional charge.


What kind of camera do you use?

We use high end digital single-lens reflex camera (DSLR) in order to provide the best possible image.

How to operate the photo booth?

Our photo booth is operated by a touch screen. Guests simply follow the on screen instructions and simply touch the screen for options and to start their photo booth session.

Can I see my image before taking?

Yep, we have a live video preview on our screen so strike a pose.

Can we customize a message or logo on the photo strip and photo booth kiosk touch screen?
Absolutely! We customize each photo strip and touch screen to match your event theme. No extra charge! We can print just about anything you want on the photo strip and put just about anything on the touch screen. You are welcome to provide us with a custom logo, a personalized message, or we can just print the event name and date as well.  It's up to you! 

We already have a photographer, why do we need a photo booth?
We get this question a lot! You absolutely need a photographer to take pictures of the event itself (mostly weddings); however the Photo Booth provides an unprecedented amount of entertainment for your guests, not to mention a gift to take home!  The Photo Booth allows your guests to let loose, be silly, and just have fun! The photos you keep from it are an incredible reminder of your fun event. When you see Grandma wearing a pirate hat and blowing kisses into the camera, you will know it's a hit.

Do you provide an online photo gallery option with your photo booth services?
Yes, we provide a secure online photo gallery option at no additional charge. The gallery can be live during your event and available afterwards for all guests to view, download, save, post to social media and even resend photos digitally to email and text messages. We will setup the secure online gallery with a password that you and your guests will need in order to access the gallery.
